Even though the battle is raging all around you, and there are scary things ahead, Jesus is facing the enemy and you are facing Jesus. You are safe with Him. In this dance, you can even turn your back on the enemy! And if your eyes ever stray to the enemy, Jesus just turns you around and turns your attention to elsewhere. Jesus is the best dance partner in the world, and you can trust Him. You can let Him lead you and just enjoy the dance. You don't need to control anything, because Jesus controls everything just fine! He leads.

When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, "Where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?" She said, "No one, Lord". And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more".

John 8:10-11 NKJV
The whole story is in John 8:3-11

Jesus flipped the script. First there were many angry accusers and many who wanted to kill the woman. And suddenly there were none. Jesus cleared the stage. He took care of the accusers of the woman and then He forgave her himself. He didn't shame her in the eyes of the others. He defended her.

He can do it for you too. ❀
