The name Healthy Parenting was born out of my childhood trauma and my struggles to fine my identity as a girl child and as a child of God. Our focused is solely on getting aware of how our traumatized past can affect our today and our future and being able to recognize why we act the way we do, come to terms with the symptoms of trauma and ultimately heal from it. In clue of the healing, it helps to transform me to talk about all things HEALTHY. Starting from a healthy marriage, raising healthy kids, feeding our families healthy foods, and maintaining healthy weight.
We are also people of faith. We are going to be learning Biblical parenting, raising children God's way.
We are in for producing a balanced society.
