Hey guys! Do you have the same problems?
Portal Peek is particularly important to me because it's not Wix, or WordPress, but a platform that I coded personally from scratch, initially just for myself, because I wanted to solve the following problems:
Problem 1) Not having an online presence in case someone searched for my pen names
Problem 2) Building trust for potential customers
Problem 3) Not finding a website platform where I can manage books, authors, and categories easily
Problem 4) Not being able to offer a gift to my readers
Problem 5) Not collecting emails from my customers
Problem 6) Not having a blog that gets organic traffic
Problem 7) Not having a way to profit from affiliate marketing
Problem 8) Not giving a reason to readers get back periodically and check for new books
Problem 9) Not having a safety net in case Amazon terminates my account
Problem 10) Ultimately not 'owning' my own business!

Hi friends! I'm finally ready to reveal what I've been working on lately! 😀
One of the things that I love the most about KDP self-publishing is creating an online presence and a brand that sustains long-term growth AND provides a short-term boost in terms of sales, authority and trust!
As a self-publisher on Amazon, I have always been very concerned about 'not being in control' of my audience, and about Amazon suddenly changing something overnight that could impact negatively my business, and the same is true for social media!
For this reason, I spent an insane amount of time working on my website from scratch, to integrate a lot of features that I couldn't easily on other popular platforms, such as:
✔ Users Registration
✔ Books and authors management
✔ Blog posts
✔ Landing pages to collect email addresses
✔ Easy editing from the admin interface, no code involved!
✔ Option for readers to redeem their purchases on the website and browse extra content
Then I realised that my new website platform could be useful for other publishers as well, and decided to open it to everyone.
So I'm finally ready to present you 'Portal', the first fully-managed website and blogging platform created exclusively for self-publishers! 🎉
