I’ve had a few experiences where my usual energetic protection just hasn’t been enough, and in these moments, calling on Archangel Michael has been hugely supportive. I remember the first time I knew I was being psychically attacked and it was a person I knew from a retreat who was leaching my energy. This is known as an "Energy Vampire". I became so incredibly lethargic and really struggled to break the connection. I tried everything I knew at the time: gold light, gold shields, etc etc. It was only when I said the following in my mind as a sort of command, that the attack stopped and the person even looked away from me in that instant.

I spent the weekend at a Sacred Geometry Course with Daniel Docherty at Emerson College in Forest Row. Here's one of the magical designs we drew together 💜 Not finished yet but a few progress pics. It does take a very long time and is quite meditative. The entire design is drawn with just compass, pencil and ruler. No calculations as the emerging image itself gives the next measurement needed. The energy within these sorts of Sacred Geometry images is so powerful and can be used for all sorts of healing work, even just calm and peace.

Summer Solstice Retreat for 4 days with Steve Nobel and Liz Findlay to awaken the magician within you, open your chakras, tap into soul gifts and activate a radical flow of abundance in the sacred land of Avalon. This will be done through practical exercises, attunements, meditations and transmissions. There will be focus on opening the inner channel, clearing any energetic blocks and expanding the aura. I've just been on Magdalena's Abstract Journaling workshop and again, it's been wonderful in filling my cup to bring magic to the next working week. I'll post a pic when I feel the process is complete 💜😉🌸✨️🎨
You don't have to have any particular skills in art to bring tactile creativity into your life. There are so many workshops available that you can get tasters and find out what you can realistically keep doing in your home, away from a formal workshop. I've been on many, and so far the abstract art and abstract journaling has been the easiest to keep doing in my own time. It is sparking many ideas for a new work project and that is exciting in itself 🌟

About a month ago I shared my first INTUIT card that I made on Cynthia Tom's workshop and here is another one. I have really benefited from bringing tactile creativity into my life more often and my aim is to integrate it daily. It's very therapeutic and creating these INTUIT cards has the added benefit of working with them afterwards.
They are bigger than oracle cards and can be used to meditate with or just have displayed in an space you spend a lot of time in. We cut images out of magazines and stuck them in unique collages. The idea is that you let go of trying to make something meaningful, but rather let messages come through as you craft whatever is visually appealing to you. The more I look at this image and let it sit in my office for many days, the more layers and depth I notice in the messages that are emerging. I'm willing to share that this particular one is all about "filling my cup", having experienced burnt-out multiple times. It's a reminder, it's a motivator, it's healing in itself.
