Update: Everything went Great! Recovering today but I feel almost back to normal!
โญ To any nurses and doctors at Henrico Doctor's: Thank you for your smiles, kind words, and sympathy for me yesterday! I was a ball of nerves (even told the nurses on the operating table I changed my mind๐)
โก๏ธspecial thank you to Shirley- you held my hand and talked to me while I was scared and the anesthesia was just starting. You will never know how much that helped me and was a huge comfort ๐bless you

Anyone Else an Overthinker?
I have a small surgery tomorrow where I am going under anesthesia for the first time and my brain can't turn off.. I've done the research and ran all the pros and cons, but sometimes it's still hard to turn off my overthinking.
Thank God I recently read the book "Don't Believe Everything You Think" by Joseph Nguyen
and as my husband likes to remind me "you can't control everything, so focus only on what you can"
- a prayer for tomorrow or good vibes sent my way would be really appreciated ๐ฅฐ
