There is going to be rough patches in our walks. Life is not always easy.
Just like working out in the physical can be hard, but also very rewarding, so our walk in life can be hard. Keep going! The rewards come with the breakthroughs! Keep pushing. Don’t give up!
When situations in life comes in one after another, hitting you in the face, sickness creeps in, there are misunderstandings or circumstances that seem to block you from having anything but good days, praise the Lord, strengthen your faith muscles and walk on! He’s got you! God will never leave you, nor forsake you.
The spiritual realm is real! We have a real enemy, yet invisible. The spiritual battle is real! The devil is against us, but GREATER is He that is in us than he that is in the world!

Then spend a lof of time with Him ALONE! Privately.
Yield to Him.
Get delivered in His presence.
Stay in purity.
