Hello! My name is Bert Gerecht and I'm a bassist, guitarist, singer, composer and producer based in Germany. I started the first bass-only music shop "Mr. Bassman" in 1980. I was writing bass-related articles for various international music magazines from 1985 until 2002 and have published three books so far (in German). I am also the manufacturer of Hot Wire Basses since 1999.
