No pump and good lighting after a full day of eating

Probably about 3.5k-4K calories (I don’t track but used to)

But I’ll still wake up more shredded than you

I will still have a six pack

There are a lot of factors but the two main factors are a CLEAN DIET and sufficient sleep.

Y’all are out here eating process garbage fried in callow oil and wonder why you look and feel like 💩

Keep letting me get ahead🤑💪🏼

1 year ago vs today

I did not gain muscle by pumping myself with artificially flavoured pre workout and “bulking”

I started eating REAL FOOD

You don’t need to force feed yourself flavourless sh*t to become better

You will look bad and feel bad. Same as if you want to lose weight as I have done both.

Eat WHOLE FOODS!

99% of what I eat consists of:
Eggs, steak, berries, fish, butter, yoghurt, sweet potato’s, dates, beef tallow.

All of which are either health fats and protein or nutrient dense carbohydrates.

None of the stuff that the media tell you, “you need to gain muscle”.

Don’t even get me started on protein powder. That’s a story for a whole other post.

Most importantly, it brings out that dawg in you.

Doing 5 round on the heavy bag with no food in your system really brings out something in yourself that you just do not feel any other way.
