This year I have been hosting a local synth meetup: Coffee & Synths (or SynthFika in Swedish). It has been so much fun! We meet once a month, talk synths, jam together and I even did a live performance with the Metal Fetishist. Sharing your hobby with others is important. Especially for us synth nerds!
If you live in the south of Sweden and want to come, send me an email (email can be found in description of my vids). Could also be fun for someone in Denmark as we are about 2,5 hours from Copenhagen.

A slight Summer of Synths hiccup! Accurate Beats and I had made a walkthrough of the MPC. But with the new MPC 3 update (which seems great!) it is no longer relevant. So what to do? Let us know ā¬ļø
Our video is a 20 min tutorial where Accurate and I have a good time messing around on the MPC. Its quite fun but the info wont be relevant.

8 weeks. 8 synth videos. 8 special guests. Starting next Monday (July 8th) we kick off this year's Summer of Synths.
We will get to experience everything from life changing synth tips, DIY synths, Push 3 tutorials to circuit bending and live performing with dawless setups! And my guests range from synth youtubers you might have seen before to a few artists and a crazy synth scientist!
If you are new to Summer of Synths it is a show I host every summer. I invite other youtubers to make a video for my channel that airs while I am on vacation. I provide a budget and help with video ideas and script where needed. For some videos I edit them too. The goal is to help my friends reach a wider audience and also to have fun videos for you all when I am taking a summer break.

Superbooth was such a fantastic experience as always! The best part, by far, is meeting all of you! I don't mind it at all when you come up and say Hi! We are all just nerds who love things that make bleeps and bloops, and having a space where we can meet is fantastic. At Superbooth you also realize how synths is appreciated by such a wide range of people, from all walks of life. And that is at the core what my channel is about: the human side of synths. I of course love the techy nerdy stuff, but I also really enjoy the way we can connect as humans. So thank you everyone who said Hi and to you at home for supporting this Youtube journey of mine. I appreciate it, more than you can ever know!

2023 was quite the year and so many things changedā¦
We bought our first house and it was quite stressful. We used to rent and we had been searching for the right place for 10+ years. And we had almost given up searching! And then we found a house that was a perfect fit. I still can't believe it.
I also started building a new music & youtube studio and it feels pretty good going into 2024 without any rent or landlords to deal with. It has been a lot of work not only renovating the house (which was original 1970ās everything!) but also building the studio. It should be done early 2024 and I canāt wait to move in.
Being an online creator isn't always easy, but one thing that truly does help and inspire me are all the great people I've met in 2023. There's a long list, and I think you know who you are. I hope to see all of you and many of you viewers at Superbooth this year! Iāll be hosting a meetup as I always do so check the official Superbooth schedule for that. Hope to see you in Berlin!
I also got a chance to try so many good instruments this year. Perkons was one of them, the GRP A1 another. Roland SH-4D and so many other synths. And it is thanks to you. Without you, there would be no Bobeats channel on Youtube. So thank you. I hope to continue to educate and entertain in 2024 and that you will keep watching!

BIG update
Last December we bought our first house (weāve been renting for years) and have been renovating it since April.
It has been alot of work and we are finally getting ready to move in. It feels like a huge change in our lives. Especially with my recent health issues we have had to take a slow and steady approach to everything and its so exciting seeing all the planning pay off.
The plan is to eventually build at studio at the house and move my music making home again. I enjoy my āpro studioā but music making isnāt a 9-5 thing for me so Iād rather have it closer to home.
Let me know if you want like a house tour once we settled in. And you all have a fantastic summer. Summer of Synths will happen mid July this year with 5 exciting guests and before then I have a couple of great reviews coming!
