This channel is about empowering people to grow a garden, and to grow health. This channel is dedicated to helping people grow, process and cook culturally important African vegetables. I have been growing ethnic African veggies in my backyard (Zone 9a) along the Texas Gulf Coast since 2021. I am also dedicated to helping African Women living on the continent and beyond, to be well and stay well with a sensible and sustainable approach.
I am Yaje Ngala (@coach_yaje), married mom of 3, originally from Cameroon (Africa) now living in the USA. I am a certified exercise nutrition coach with a passion for gardening, cooking, running, and reading.
