🚨BREAKING in Karen Read case: Since my stream this morning, J. Cannone's ORDER on CW Motion for Buffer Zone just dropped, and GRANTS 200 ft buffer zone rather than the 500 ft initially requested by the Commonwealth within which no individual may demonstrate in any manner, including carrying signs or placards, and prohibits the use of bullhorns. In addition, no individuals will be permitted to wear any clothing or buttons, etc. (as delineated below) in the Courthouse during the trial. Also bans law enforcement officers who are testifying or in the gallery from wearing their uniforms or badges/emblems. What say you?
