Shoulder Surgery issues: putting a sports bra or other tight shirt on or taking it off. I feel like I’m risking tearing my shoulder again just getting dressed. Over 2 years post surgery and this is still challenging and painful.

Summer and Lemon ANYTHING go hand in hand, in my opinion. 🍋✨ I made these lemon macarons as a thank you to my son’s teachers at the end of school. Goodness knows, they work hard and this was the least I could do. Thank you to all teachers and educators…I hope your summer break is restful and restorative.

I’ve recovered from two rotator cuff shoulder surgeries on my dominate arm. I love to bake and play piano, and organize. I’m a nurse with two children and an amazing husband. I have two dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon. I live in the beautiful mountains of Washington State and love it!
