I had a few minutes today to pop in Dollar Tree before I picked up my Mom from the Beauty Salon and my Granddaughter from Kindergarten. Here are a few pictures of some items that I either thought were cute, interesting or new to me. Have you seen or purchased any of these items before? Tell me in the comments below.

It is Sunday again?!? Where did this week go? It went by so so fast for me. How about you? Monday was a busy day - I colored seam binding and also coffee dyed paper. I posted videos on both of those. I went to the State Fair on Tuesday - it was a beautiful day. I have a video coming of all the fun paper crafts and antique papers that were contest winners at the fair. I picked my oldest gd from kindergarten 3 days this week. It was so fun to pick her up. She is so 'big' now - cracks me up. She tricked me into ice cream one day. (not hard to do). LOL I had a much needed evening with some girl friends - we always have a fun time together. I started some master boards of sorts - but I am still flushing out my ideas for them. My husband and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary with a lovely dinner out at an amazing restaurant and then caught a soccer game last night. I also had some trying times with my Mom this week - it is so hard to see her decline and struggle. But that is the circle of life I suppose.... but that doesn't make things any easier. Here are a couple of pictures from the State Fair. I will explain them in my video.

Happy Sunday! I have almost recuperated from my Strawberry and Lace Journal Collection launch! That was a lot! I had never done something like that before. I was nervous no one would buy any of them. But I was so overwhelmed. Thank you to everyone who purchased one!
I also have been fighting a cold and cough which is also exhausting. I am feeling a little more like myself today. So fingers crossed that continues.
I am also sad the Olympics are over. I really, really enjoyed watching them this time. I think because the last one was so different with no fans and so many health protocols in place. But Emily in Paris Season 4 came out so that has perked me up. As well as The Umbrella Academy’s new season. Do you watch either of those? And a bunch more of my favorite shows are releasing new season soon.
Anywho, I am doing some tiding in my craft room today and planning for the week what I am going to work on. I hope to post a couple of videos this week as well, so hit that notification bell.

Hello, today was a super busy day. It was a beautiful weather day too. Spent most of the day with the 3 granddaughters, helping out with Baby Rose. She is adorable, as are the 2 older girls. My oldest gd starts kindergarten next week. So exciting. Then I stopped at the store and picked up some food for my Mom. Dropped the food off and visited with my Mom for a bit. Her legs are still swollen. All she does is sit in the kitchen all day, so the fluid is just going to settle in the legs. Ugg. Then I came home and worked on a few things. Now I am going to relax for a bit before I head off to bed. Dentist appointment in the morning and then I hope to get back in the craft room in the afternoon.
