Hi, I’m Nati! After using yoga to heal myself from chronic back pain, I have been on a mission to empower people to actively participate in their own healing and regeneration.
My journey began over 20 years ago when I worked in the Spanish radio industry, I suddenly found myself suffering from chronic lower back pain. In search of relief, I developed a dedicated yoga practice which helped to deeply heal my body. My restoration was life-changing and inspired me on my path to teaching yoga.
The most important thing for me as a yoga therapist is to make yoga accessible to all. My specialties include, pelvic floor work, and posture and gait alignment. I also focus on helping individuals living with autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, scoliosis and PTSD. My approach to teaching stems from consideration of the unique needs of each individual.
