Hey there, Drawyah here, I have a new Vlogging channel!

A lot of you wanted to see more into the trips I often make around Europe, so following the lead of the likes of ‪@SamChui‬, ‪@JoshCahill‬ and ‪@noelphilips‬, I whipped out my camera and started recording!

First trip goes live on Friday 1700z with a video out every week, do tune in and check out where in the world I end up this time.

Hey there, Drawyah here.

Wow, what a year it has been. On August 1st 2020 I got to preview a pre-release build of Microsoft Flight Simulator thanks to my friends at flightsim.com who managed to get me access to the all-new platform. It all started with a basic A320neo flight from London Luton to Inverness. Since then it has sprung out to several early access videos, two months of daily streams and a plethora of tutorial videos that have and continue to help many get into and enjoy the simulator. We have also seen so many fantastic freeware add-ons pop up and arrive. I remember previewing the FlyByWire A32NX the day it was first released. So see it now where it is within the space of a few months is mind-boggling!

While it may not be the perfect platform yet, it has certainly come a long way from the early Alpha and Beta builds to the full product that we now see release on Xbox. With monthly Sim and World updates too, we see a simulator that slowly reaches up to the next level both in graphical fidelity and ever-improving physics and dynamics.

To each and every one of you that have watched one of my videos, clicked on the subscribe button, tuned into a livestream or eyed their way through a tutorial, all 5.4 million of you, from the bottom of my heart I say thank you. Without you guys spurring me on and showing the support you have, I would definitely not be here today, producing so many videos with such a fantastic community behind me every step of the way.

Take care, see you all soon and many happy virtual hours.

I can't believe we're doing this again.

DO NOT buy the Bredok3D 737 MAX add-on. Bredok is the same developer as that rather poor Eurofighter Typhoon. Very low-quality modelling, 787 panels (Premium Deluxe requirement?) and just overall a very bad add-on.

Wanna see how it works?

Here's the original model for that 737. A few people saying that it's a match. The add-on is default 747 and 787 assets, slapped together in a 737 shell and sold as classic shovelware.

Here is the model for this cockpit. Assets very lazily slapped together, I can't imagine this having taken more than an afternoon to put together. Import to MSFS, align the displays, add a few animations and stick it online to make an easy penny.

Is it worth $22? No. Could anybody make this exact same thing in 3-4 hours and publish it as a freeware? Most likely.

I have seen a lot of noise recently about the Abad Studios A318 and A319 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Unfortunately 'developers' like this do more damage to the flight simulator community rather than build on it. What they are doing is using models of existing payware/freeware add-ons (Wilco, Project Airbus), adding the FlyByWire A32NX cockpit and selling it for a price. No permissions acquired from respective developers, half-baked five minute conversion jobs and scamming you out of your money. By purchasing this add-on, you're enabling piracy and supporting vile scum with the likes of scalpers and fraudsters.

The knock-on effect of this is that by rewarding these fakes, it encourages more copycat scammers to do the same with other low-quality ports while discrediting and discouraging new, high-quality add-ons from ever being released.

I know it's tempting, I know we all want the latest and the greatest as well as the full A320 family, but don't fall for this one. Supporting Abad Studios is a middle finger for the A32NX, Wilco, Project Airbus and Flight Simulation as a whole.

A massive thank you to everybody who has supported the channel in 2020. Without you lot, I would certainly not be here today! Here's to a better 2021 which won't start off perfect, but as time goes on and conditions start to improve, you never know what light we may see come to the end of it. Take care and see you all next year. ❤️

You lot are truly outstanding. We've just hit 20,000 subscribers! If we were all to go out flying, we'd need 43 fully-loaded max-capacity 747-8s to carry us all. I keep on saying it, but I do truly thank you all for the support shown my way. I never expected to get anywhere near this number, especially so soon! Onwards now to 30,000. 🙌✈️

Another day, another three milestones! We have hit 1,000 followers on Twitch, 15,000 subscribers on YouTube and 3,000,000 lifetime views! These numbers are...*clears throat*...absolutely phenomenal! It feels like only three weeks ago I was on half the views and only a fifth of the subscriptions I have now. This has truly been an amazing experience and I'm glad to have been able to share this with you. A massive thank you to each and every one of you who have played a part in this story.

I also need to give a special mention to www.flightsim.com/ too for being able to help in growing this platform alongside me. I've been writing for them for over four years now and plan to continue for a long time to come. Without them, this channel would not be where it is today.

Take care and happy virtual flying!
