Charlie Munger passed away today at age 99. Known for his sharp wit and blunt takes on investments, he played a big role in shaping Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway’s investment philosophy over the years (despite often downplaying his role). He’ll likely go down in history as one of the investment greats - rest in peace.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: In a joint statement, the FDIC, Federal Reserve, and Treasury have announced that all depositor funds at Silicon Valley Bank will be available Monday.
The same applies to Signature Bank (~$90B in deposits), another bank that has been closed by regulators due to liquidity concerns.
This is a rapidly developing story, and if I post an update video, it will likely be after the dust settles (a bit), but I wanted to share this fundamental update.
