In the row of pursuing PoSH Compliance, after PoSH training it was quarterly meeting of Internal Committee in Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow by Hilton.
The meeting was lead by Ms. Swati Khetan the Presiding Officer and attended by internal members Ms. Pooja Chaudhary Mr. Jai Upadhyay Mr. Sabyasachi Sarkar and External Member Adv. Manjary Upadhyay.
The agenda led to the provisions to be undertaken to create an atmosphere of safety as a general practice, and IC members can create an image of approachable guardians.

Let's congratulate the new #poshtrainers!
The September could create new batch of PoSH Trainers through TTT on PoSh Laws by Jijiwisha Society.
Anjali Suneja Poonam Pandey Pratima Chauhan Namrata Negi Preeti Malik were the participants for various domains including Training, HR and even homemaking, ready to create the safe workplaces for women.
15 hours of TTT went with smallest of details and lot of questions and answers helping the prospects get best of understanding on genesis, facts, procedures, IC, LC and inquiry processes. And closure of these 15 hours were beginning of new journey on PoSH laws with the super dynamic trainers.
Grateful to Shushmita Ghatak Rinki V for moderating and coordinating the session as Adv Manjary Upadhyay can take the session flawlessly with their support.

A PoSH Training for 78th batch of recently promoted Deputy Collectors (SDMs) of Up Govt at UPAAM as part of their 6 weeks training.
A compact and knowledge rich session with sensitisation in the mindsets of these experienced part of Indian democracy for being able to execute in their respective jurisdiction.
An overall engaging workshop by मंजरी अनिल उपाध्याय hopefully leaves a mark in the memory to keep PoSH compliance amongst top 10 priorities once they are given their respective work stations.

PoSH training for the team of NTPC Limited UNCHAHAR project.
As a team we could establish the importance of implementation of PoSH laws at workplaces and as a usual practice we try to establish the importance of inclusion for the safest workplaces.
The session went with genesis, legal definitions, workplace and work relationship understanding and procedural correctiveness with round of questions and answers.
Manjary Upadhyay Simran Singh and Rupali S were the resource persons for this workshop.

PoSH training for an NGO that is helping women go self reliant through its sustainable livelihood initiatives in remotest of areas of India.
A day long PoSH awareness workshop for MP and Chhattisgarh team of Self-Reliant Initiatives through Joint Action(SRIJAN) in Shehdol.
This was the 5th location after Jhansi, Mahoba, Sawai Madhopur and Chhindwara.
A session with lot of sensitisation amongst team and building the common understanding about need of having the law and its implementation in workplaces.
The session was interactive as the legal terminology are simplified and explained that everyone feels it’s something they knew, just were little negligent.
@manjaryupadhyay6560 was the resource person for the session and was grateful for the opportunity to create awareness.
