We did it, fellas!

After almost 17 years of showing up and building brick by brick, this channel just hit 1,000,000 subscribers. When I first picked up a camera in that tiny apartment all those years ago, I never imagined we’d get here.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am. Every single view, like, comment, and share has fueled this journey. You guys stuck with me through the highs and lows, and you’re the reason I never gave up.

This milestone isn’t just mine...it’s ours.

From the bottom of my heart: thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for letting me be a part of your fitness journey, and for building this community with me.

And we’re just getting started. I’ve got something special planned to celebrate this milestone, so stay tuned. On top of that, I’ve also been working on something pretty awesome for you guys behind the scenes. It’s completely free, and it’ll be ready very soon.

This is just the beginning. Let’s keep pushing forward together.

So many men have excuses about why they can’t commit.

They’re too busy with work, family, or other obligations.

They say they’ll start when things “slow down” or when life gets less hectic. But the truth is
life never really slows down. There will always be something competing for your time.

And for most men, fitness is just a "nice to have," not a real priority.

The problem with this mindset is that it only leads in one direction—downhill. If you don’t make your health a priority now, it’s only going to get harder.

Muscle loss, weight gain, lower energy, joint pain—it all creeps up faster than you think.

The men who stay in shape aren’t the ones with the most free time; they’re the ones who refuse to let excuses dictate their future.

At some point, you have to decide if you want to take control or keep telling yourself the same story. The longer you wait, the worse it gets. But if you shift your mindset and commit, even in the middle of a busy life, the results will compound in your favor. It’s not about having time—it’s about making time.

Stay Jacked,
Alain

đŸ„‹ 5 BJJ Lessons That Are the Same in Fitness đŸ’Ș

Whether you’re trying to get better on the mats or in the gym, the lessons are the same.

1. Technique over strength

In BJJ, the strongest guy doesn’t always win. The one with better technique does. Same in fitness: if your form sucks, you’re just lifting your ego. Master the movement, then add weight.

2. It’s a marathon, not a sprint

You don’t earn your blue belt in a month. It takes reps, time, and patience. Your fitness journey is no different. Crash diets and all-or-nothing plans burn out fast. Play the long game.

3. Get 1% better each day

A new submission. A cleaner deadlift. A slightly better food choice. It’s about showing up, learning, and making small improvements. Stack those wins.

4. Don’t compare your journey

Someone else’s belt, body, or bench press doesn’t define yours. Everyone’s starting from a different place. Focus on your progress, not someone else’s highlight reel.

5. Consistency is the secret

The guy who trains twice a week for 5 years beats the guy who goes all in for 2 months and quits. Same in fitness. Show up. Stay in the game. Results come to those who don’t stop.

Slow down. Master the basics. Keep showing up. 👊

You’re not trying to look like your 20-year-old self.

You’ve lived too much, learned too much, and earned more than just abs and a bench press PR.

This chapter is different.

Now you train to have energy for your kids at the end of a long workday.

To feel strong, capable, and confident when you walk into a room — not for attention, but because you’re grounded in who you are.

To sleep better. Move better. Hurt less.

You’re not chasing the past.

You’re building a future.

One where you’re still active at 60.

Where your doctor isn’t giving you a new prescription every year.

Where your knees don’t hurt every time you stand up, and your back doesn’t flare up from something as simple as tying your shoes.

Fitness in your 40s isn’t just about getting shredded.

Sure — the attention you get when you take your shirt off will feel pretty damn good.

But the real reward? It’s knowing you’re showing up as your best self — for your family, your career, and your future.
It’s walking past a mirror and seeing someone who took back control.

Someone who stopped settling.

Because this version of you doesn’t just survive the day. He owns it.

And no — your body isn’t broken. You’ve just outgrown the old approach.

What you need now is a program built for your stage of life.

One that works with your schedule, respects your joints, and helps you get strong, lean, and confident — without burning out or giving up everything you enjoy.

If you’re ready to feel like yourself again — but better...
