You can follow the activities of Lumière that I propose on my Facebook (link on the home banner). The essential function of this channel is to make known the magnificent original Teaching of the Ascended Master Saint-Germain. I am a simple independent student who has been practicing it since 1993.
The Ascended Master Teaching has three easy-to-remember basic principles:
1- The revelation of the individual I AM Presence "I Am" which is our personal Divinity. His body of Light measures 2.50 m, he is eternal and perfectly pure. It will serve as a vehicle for us to travel and create in the galaxy.
2- The knowledge of the word of Power I AM "I Am". The student must affirm his constructive divine desires in order to manifest them: I AM Free ! I AM Unlimited Abundance ! I AM Perfect Health ! (x3)
3- The daily practice of the Violet Flame of transmutation which alone can clear our karmic debt in a single life.
