I do not think one life is enough to explore every corner of India, but I am trying 🄹

Mumbai, in all its chaos and charm, always felt like home to us ā™„ļø

We still can’t quite grasp how we went from ā€œLet’s spend a few months in Mumbai and see what happensā€ to ā€œWe bought our first home in Mumbai.ā€ 🄹

Shrey and I always wanted to have two bases — one in India and one in Italy. We fell in love with the City of Dreams back in 2019, and the rest… well, we’ll talk about everything in our upcoming video. šŸ™ƒ

The level of craziness and logistics involved in making this happen remotely is a story for another time. But we can guarantee this — the universe truly played its part. Not a year earlier, not a year later… everything came together at exactly the right time in our lives. ✨

And like every big moment in our journey, we want to take you along — show you the fun and the chaos. Lots of chaos! ā™„ļø

Mumbai feels like home in so many ways, and I have a very long list of things I love about this city ā™„ļø

I started sharing a few in this post, but honestly, I could go on forever! We recently had a friend visiting from Germany, and I took him around some of my favorite spots. He loved them just as much as I do — and it made me wonder: is it because I show him my Mumbai, the way I see it, through the words of someone who truly loves this city?

There’s no denying that Mumbai isn’t always easy. With time, I’ve started noticing its challenges too — but I know I’ll never fall out of love with it. I’m addicted to its energy.

These past few days have been such a special experience - I had the absolute honor of attending the Republic Day reception in Rome, celebrating the growing friendship between India and Italy. šŸ‡®šŸ‡³šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹āœØ

And oh, Rome! You truly have my heart 🄹. It has this beautiful way of leaving me in awe every single time—the charm of its streets, the richness of its history, and its vibrant energy. So grateful for moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. 🄰

48 hours in the Eternal City ✨ It was such a pleasure to meet the Ambassador of India to Italy, Ms. Vani Rao, during my short but sweet trip to Rome. Between an insightful conversation (coming soonšŸŽ„), catching up with old friends, and soaking in Rome’s magical nighttime glow, this visit was truly La Dolce Vita! Can’t wait to share more!

What’s the one place you can’t help but romanticize? For me, it’s always been Italy—even though I’m lucky enough to actually call it home!šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹āœØ

There’s just something so dreamy about it. Slow mornings with a cozy cappuccino, exploring through charming old streets and getting happily lost, finding the cutest little family-run shop, or enjoying a meal so good it feels like a warm hug (yap, even veggie-friendly ones 🄰) It’s the same kind of magic that made me feel so at home in India too. ā¤ļø

In the next few days, I’ll be sharing a little love letter from me to Italy… and to all of you! Any guesses what it could be? šŸ’ŒšŸ‘€

How many years have passed since the second pic? The guessing game is on!✨

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and wish you all cuties a wonderful 2025 ā˜ŗļøšŸ«¶

If you're wondering how I celebrated the holidays, don’t worry—I’ll soon share a video with all the details and I'm sure you're going to enjoy it. But for now, here’s a little something about my birthday!

I was born just a few days away from Christmas, and celebrating my birthday has always been a mix of struggle and disappointment since I was little. Everyone’s Christmas plans, trips, and dinners tend to conflict with my birthday, so over time, I gave up on big celebrations—sticking to just close family and Shrey. I even stopped expecting birthday wishes, because let’s face it, the holidays are busy, rushed, and packed.

But now, I’m a year wiser, and I’m letting go of that old mindset. Deep down, I love celebrations and bringing people togetheeerrrrr!šŸ™ƒ

I want to celebrate life with my friends and family and, yes, be celebrated for one day a year—because there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that!

So no more playing small, little Giulia—I promise! ā™„ļø

And definitely no more waiting seven whole years to gather friends on my birthday šŸ˜…
