I am a Metabolic Health, Functional Nutrition and Mindset Specialist. I educate, support, and empower women to be active advocates in their own health journey.
I do this primarily focusing on integrative lifestyle modifications, addressing root causes, improving self-confidence, and personal accountability.
I have over 30 years experience in the wellness industry and having personally experienced and overcome self-destructive behaviors and struggles with autoimmune issues, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia, excessive loss/weight gain, binge eating/drinking, bulimia, and “the all or nothing” mindset, I realized my calling.
