I currently bake on the side, as a hobby, for my small community as needs come up. I'm an amateur and am learning as I go, and loving every second of it.
I'm just your typical Southern gal who enjoys baking, decorating, and making people happy. I consider taste to trump beauty, so all of my cakes are tested and approved to be worth the calories before they are decorated. I don't like to waste calories!
