I don't see a lot of people like me, who are not fitness gurus, so if you are a beginner, newbie and want to shed some weight, please join me on my journey.
The plan is not be miserable on this journey but to be aware of what I eat and drink and how this impacts on my health. I don't intend on giving up on all the food I like but to reduce the frequency of eating them. I plan on increasing my exercise, movements and thereby improving my metabolism.
My channel timetable schedule will be Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - Health, Fitness, Well-being and Confidence building.
