This means that today we are doing a FULL reset, not just organizing the week to come but putting your energy in the aspects of you that you are ready to shed to jump into the next level in your life.
The energy leading up to today has been very intense these past few weeks. Perhaps it's been feeling like a set back, I know I have been feeling that way myself
But right before things get better, they get worse. Why? Because when you are faced with difficulties, the aspects of you that resist change come out.
The doubts, the fears, the impatience, the anxieties, insecurities etc
This is where alchemy comes in. 🫀
Today I want you to FEEL to the most of your capabilities all of these fears, allow space for them to process. This is the day you set intention to release all of this weight you've been carrying that way you are set for your next level.

I recommend taking a piece of paper and writing down all the things you have been feeling with the intention to release them today.
Then go over them, really feel them.
& burn the piece of paper when you're done processing it, visualizing how they are alchemized into power.
