3. Your gut bacteria can influence cravings, but they can’t cancel calories
4. Insulin is a storage hormone, not a fat-loss gatekeeper
5. Even your Fitbit lies sometimes
Fat loss isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency in a calorie deficit over time, regardless of how “healthy” you think you’re eating.
