David Gibello is a self-taught chef, from Navalmoral de la Mata but based in Talavera de la Reina.
The young chef is a member of a family better known so far for football than for cooking. In fact, he also has football among his hobbies, getting to play in the First Autonomic Division of Andalusia with Estepona, also in different teams in Extremadura and Castilla la Mancha. Now after leaving football, he focuses on popular races. It was precisely in his Andalusian stage when he approached the kitchen, since he lived alone and tired "of eating from restaurants. Then he bought a book of abbey nuns, which he still keeps, and he saw that it was easy and that he liked it.
