Pronounced “sen-SUH-zow” and originating from the Portuguese word “sensaçao” meaning “sensation”. We offer a safe space where you can sweat out your feelings. Some choreos are cute and romantic while others allow you to kick and punch whatever you got going on. We like to stay authentic to the rhythms we dance (mostly street-style) and offer a great workout. All dance and fitness levels welcome.
