This isn't ambition. It's insurance against perceived inevitable failure.
But what if focus isn't just about productivity—what if it's actually about trusting yourself enough to go "all in" on what you really want?
Curious if this strikes a cord?

Here's the thing - no amount of courses and trainings are going to make "doing the thing" any easier - especially starting a business.
I coach so many ADHD entrepreneurs who simply can't seem to get themselves into action so they keep consuming and consuming more and more information.
If that's you, what would get you into action? Would you feel safer or more inspired doing it in a group? I'm thinking of starting an IMPLEMENTATION-focused coaching group. Just toying with the idea, but if you're interested - jot your name and email on this list. visiontoaction.notion.site/1a86480de42580778395ea5…

Hey ADHD'ers! 👋👋 I'd love to know how you self identify. I know all of us struggle in some ways due to ADHD, but I'm curious how you would describe yourself....

The Gap and the Gain is such a great read. It's a stark reminder that our happiness and life-satisfaction is largely a matter of perspective, and the more we focus on our progress and how far we've come, the farther we'll go.
This isn't woo-woo, btw. Research clearly shows that the more we stay in positive emotion, the more clarity, energy, focus and momentum we have to move forward and keep growing.
Very little can be gained from doubling down on how we're not measuring up to unrealistic expectations.

👋👋 Hey ADHDers!👋👋
I recently passed a big milestone here on youtube, and to celebrate, I'm going to do a Q&A.
Feel free to ask me anything related to ADHD, coaching, youtube, business, life - you name it. Please leave your questions below, and I will do my best to answer it.
Thank you for being a part of my growth here on Youtube. As someone who struggles with consistency, it's not easy to show up week after week, but the amazing energy of this community was a big reason why I was able to do it. Your support, comments, questions and views mean so much.
Thank you for being here!

**Quick head's up for my fellow ADHD entrepreneurs**
A lot of you have reached out seeking coaching support, but I'm still not in a place where I can take on new clients.
That said, I wanted to give you a head's up that *my* business mentors have opened enrollment for their coaching program (*only until Sept 10th*). This is not ADHD-specific, but it's very ADHD-friendly and I've gotten a TON of value from their coaching.
If you want to learn more about my experience with them, then you can read more here: itsadhdfriendly.com/waim-2/

IDK about you, but I have a tendency to buy all the books, courses, and other learning materials in a hope that it will make me more confident to do scary things.
But 9 times out of 10, I'm not learning anything I don't already know. There's definitely a benefit to being reminded of what I already know, but at the end of the day, really knowing how to do something requires actually doing the thing.
scary, but true.

I'm an ADHD business coach with a mind that works faster than a quick-dry nail polish. I have figured out how to master my ADHD brain through LOTS of inner work, external structure and getting real about who I am, and what I'm here to do, and I get a thrill out of helping other women like me, do the same.
Whether you have ADHD or you're just a little "ADD-ish", the end result is the same - not enough focus and way too many plates spinning in the air. I've spent a lifetime collecting tools and strategies for coping with my own focus and follow-through issues, and I share them all here. From wellness & entrepreneurship to minimizing and simplifying your work and life, I cover it all through the lens of thriving with ADHD.
