This channel is dedicated to all things mental health and mental wellness, including Spirituality and majick as they have played big roles in my own wellness journey.
As a qualified and registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (having studied psychology and mental health formally for 11 years), it is a passion of mine to help others develop self-awareness, empower them to be authentic and improve their mental wellness.
I started on my majickal journey at the age of 11, devouring any relevant books in my local library and the resources avaliable on the Internet at the time (which was extremely limited and constricted due to dial up connection! Who remembers that now?!) including feng shui, wicca, shamanism, history, Sigmund Freud, and Carl G Jung.
