It’s my 25th Birthday tomorrow and I have a little gift for you🎁
Before I tell you the Gift, let me tell you about a Challenge that I completed today.
Last week, I started a Meditation Challenge. Since I wanted to do it religiously, I shared it across my social media and asked People to Join me because I would be personally teaching.
I wanted this to be a closed Group BUT
In less than 2 Days 700+ people registered for my challenge🤯
My team shortlisted 100 people.
100 people joined me for 10 days and SHOWED UP EVERYDAY for this Meditation Challenge.
They learnt not only about Meditation BUT ALSO LIFE! I gave them Homework every day.

The Biggest Mistake we make as Humans is finding our happiness in other people.
If this XYZ person treats me well I’ll, be happy
if this XYZ person does this for me, I’ll be happy,
and when these people don’t live up to our expectations, our self-worth starts declining below the average fall in the Share market 📉📉📉📉
NEVER. I REPEAT NEVER let your Happiness be dependent on some other external person.
If your happiness or Sadness depends on the external person, YOU have given them the right to Control YOU and Your Emotions. DON'T EVER DO THAT!
