Who doesn't like a nice number, that you all for subscribing and commenting, I read almost always all comments and must say that usually I also check comments that get trapped into Yt blocking algorithm - not sure why some comments just don't get published.

Anyhow, main reason for this post is the latest change in Youtube advertising politics - as of Nov 1st 2023 Youtube will take control over ads this way: on all videos Youtube is forcing whatever type of ads at the beginning and at the end of all videos. These ads can be either skippable or non-skippable. I do not have any control over these ads. The only control I have is over the ads being played during videos longer than 8 minutes. As you can see on my videos, I will most of the time put no ads during a video, by respect for my viewers and because many of my videos are DIY and it's frustrating to be interrupted by an ad when you are watching a video to help with a difficult repair. It is possible I will put 1-2 middle add on long videos that have subjects other than DIY repairs.
If Yt is becoming too invasive, I will start uploading on other platforms. I already have an account on Rumble - it's not my favorite platform because it's politized but at least they give you peace of mind.
Another issue is my channel is one of the few that have a glitch which prevents the subtitles CC captions from working. Until now I was able to republish the translation text forcing this way the CC button to come to life. Well, guess what Yt just did lately? They disabled the publishing option of the translations. So from now on Nov 2023 I can no longer republish the translation text, so none of my future videos will have the CC button working at all. Sad, but I cannot fight against the Yt software or shall I say, about the lack of care that Yt has about fixing their old glitches. I've even contacted their tech support, only to realize it's a joke. So sorry about this issue.

MESSAGE FOR ALL MY VIEWERS. Two things: Youtube has forced on some videos multiple adds. If you see a video that is interrupted by several adds, please leave me a comment on that video, I'll try to fix this. Second thing : my channel has a problem with the automatic translations - the CC captions button doesn't work on some videos. If you find such video, please let me know, leave me a comment, I can fix this manually
