I am pretty much self-taught. I took one semester of lessons in college to get started, but have just learned on my own ever since. I mostly learn songs from sheet music, but occasionally customize them by ear.
Most of these songs have sheet music that is available and easy to find. The "more info" section of each video has details about the exact sheet music that I used. Sorry, but I do not have any sheet music in digital format that I could share with you. Also, I'm so busy that I barely have time to record the songs that I want to, so for now I just don't have time to do tutorials.
My digital piano is a Roland FP-7. I love it and would highly recommend it!
