We (My wife and i) get out and walk to benefit our wellbeing and encourage others to Walk for Wellness. It is proven that walking has many benefits. It helps combat anxiety, stress, depression and is good for general mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Walking gives you time to think, as well as time to get away from stressors. Getting out of the stressful environment, breathing the air, and feeling your body move is natural stress-relief.
