If you're reading this, this one is for you.

When I uploaded my very first video in November 2023, I had no idea what would come of it.

I just wanted to share what I’d learned about running and performance and honestly, I thought if I could help just a few people, it would be worth it.

Fast forward to today, and somehow this channel has grown into a community of 100,000 runners.

Getting here has meant countless late nights researching, scripting, filming, editing..

And sometimes doubting if it was even worth it..

But every time I saw a new comment, or received an email from someone who reached a personal goal or felt inspired by a new idea, it reminded me why I kept going.

And now we’re here.

To be honest, it feels surreal to be congratulated for this.

Because this achievement doesn’t belong to me…

It belongs to all of you.

If you’ve ever laced up your shoes on a rainy day when you didn’t feel like it…

If you’ve ever stood on a start line with nerves in your stomach and fire in your chest…

If you’ve ever chased a goal that felt impossible, or finished a run breathless, sweaty, and smiling anyway…

You’re one of us.

This milestone belongs to you.

And I’m beyond grateful.

I just ran my fastest half marathon since my professional career by actually sticking to a structured, science-based plan.

It’s wild how much simply following proven training principles (proper pacing zones, smart periodization, and targeted workouts) can level up your performance without running yourself into the ground or guessing what to do each week.
