Hey Hungry Readers, it's another one of those posts nobody likes to see: No new videos this weekend.
As such, I hope you have an excellent book (audio or otherwise) to enjoy in the meantime. Personally, I just found out there are more books in the Shadow of the Lion series, so I'm looking forward to cracking into those and seeing what magical Venetian intrigue happens!
In other news: I'd like to know if you have any recommendations for horror novels? I want to get into reading some for the remainder of October, but I don't really know where to start. I appreciate any suggestions that you have!
Besides all that though, thank you all for tuning in on such a regular basis and supporting the channel. We should be back next week, so I'll see you all then.

Sorry for the late update, but there will be no new readings this weekend. A lot of family business has come up and I just haven't had time to finish it.

Hey everyone, update for the weekend.
Unfortunately due to persistent allergies destroying my reading voice, there will be no videos ready for this weekend.
Hopefully we should be back on track starting next week!
In the meantime though, I'd love to hear what you've been reading or listening to outside the channel. I personally just finished Un Lun Dun by China Miéville. Which is a good thing since I was gifted it a couple years ago now. 😅
It's a pleasant little read, with a couple plot points I didn't see coming. If you'd like Alice in Wonderland but with a more modern setting, I'd recommend it.

Hey readers, a quick update:
I truly do apologize for leaving you guys in the dark and missing the schedule for videos last week. Work at my two jobs has greatly increased, and life outside of that has gotten busier as well. My free time is getting smaller and smaller while my energy is getting lower and lower for working on projects. As such, I just didn't get around to completing any of the recordings and completely blanked on making a post about the lack of videos.
With that said, I will be taking a break from recording for a minimum of this week and next week. Hopefully I can use this time to rest and restructure some of my life to enable time and energy to be directed back into recording.
Thank you to everyone for their patience. I know we're nearly at the end of several series now, but I want to make sure I can end them with a bang rather than a fizzle. In the mean time, I hope you all find some time to enjoy some peace and a good book, leave me some recommendations, and, as always, stay hungry readers!
