Just...imagine, that Jax Teller didn't commit suicide on his motorcycle while he was escaping from this epic police cordon in the final episode of SoA, but instead after some further speeding on his bike he finally surrendered to the police - he didn't see other way and he also didn't want to left Wendy and his sons alone. "Jackie Boy" was inprisoned for 10/12 years or longer... The court couldn't prove many of his past crimes (not enough evidence or smth - if not for this he would have received a life sentence π). Anyway he did his time quite well (he was working out a lot, he was reading some poetry, he was visited very often by Wendy, his sons & friends from Reaper Crew, he got few new tattoos, cuz why not and..he beat the shit out of a few guys too, but prison guards "didn't" see anything - SAMCRO's connections π
), he made up for his mistakes and was released from prison for good behavior - at the age of...50 (?). He returned to his sons and to his ex-wife Wendy (they finally got back together and felt something for each other...again π³). Even before Jax went to prison, Wendy became pregnant and while Jackson was in prison, she gave birth to his 3rd son, Opie. Wendy stayed totally clean (no drugs anymore) and was living on her own with these 3 boys in Jax's house (where Tara and the sherrif were killed) in Charming, California - some old members of SAMCRO took care of the boys when Wendy couldn't (kids used to love their funny and a little bit f*cked up uncles Tig and Happy π). Nor or less after he got out Jackson decided not to be involved in his club's affairs anymore. As the new family they moved somewhere to Texas or Arizona, where Jax bought an old ranch with their long-delayed savings (some of the Sons helped 'em financially too). There he was working as a car/motorcycle mechanic in a nearby city... π§ 1st & 2nd photos - brutal and raw Jax after few years in the state prison; 3rd photo - a bit older but finally freed and well-groomed Jax chillin' somewhere in Texas/Arizona (now without SoA's vest..but still ridin' his father's old & renovated harley). Jackson, Wendy and their much older sons used to visit Charming from time to time (and the old graves of their beloved and tragically lost friends & family members - Tara, Opie, Bobby, John Teller, Piney Winston, Wayne Unser, Gemma & Juice - Jax eventually forgave both his mother and his old latino friend, who betrayed him - Jackson got many years in isolation to do so). Also Jax became a lone-wolf rider (smth like a nomad, but without his own MC - he even rode the entire Route 66 alone π€). Our old Jackie Boy (how Chibbs used to call him) was finally happy, fulfilled and free. You may say: free as a crow. And if it comes to "crows", adult Abel & Thomas eventually founded their own motorcycle club called "Crows of Doom MC". Their youngest brother Opie joined 'em after he grew up. Jax & Wendy weren't happy about it, but they guessed it must have been like that.
