For those of you that are eager to see the production of this build we’re happy to say it should start this coming week.
Building isn’t easy at the moment, as things a hard to get, way overpriced, and waiting on shipment is longer than normal.
That being said I believe after Tuesday we will have everything we need to begin putting the walls up. We’re thankful to have family coming up to help with the build.
I just wanted to take a moment to say that this cabin isn’t going to just be a cabin for us. It’s not a weekend getaway. Nor is it really a cabin. This is going to be our home. We will live here for years to come, with lots of other goals ahead of us.
So for those of you wondering why every little detail is mattering to Keenan and I it is because it’s something we will come home to everyday. Where things are placed is where we’ll look at them every morning and every evening.
This build is going to be a major accomplishment for Keenan more than I. But at the end of this build, we will be a couple, nearing 30 with no mortgage, living off grid, in our cozy little cabin nestled on the family campground.
And that is something I can’t wait for 🏡
