Welcome to my channel where I will be posting about fitness and bodybuilding most of the time. I will try to keep the posts regular (at least). About me I have been training for almost 4 years now and currently living in the UK. My main motive for this channel is to share what I have learned during my bodybuilding journey whilst trying to learn more. I have once being a beginner and still am so I will welcome all constructive comments and suggestions.
