Some urgent work. A judge denied the motion to vacate Marcellus William’s conviction, despite admissions of lack of evidence and prosecutorial errors. The State of Missouri is now set to execute him on September 24th.
Marcellus’ last hope is Gov. Mike Parson, and there only 5 days left to urge him to stop this irreversible injustice. Call, tweet, and email Gov. Parson now and urge him to stop the execution before it’s too late at 417-373-3400.
