Hello everybody…
I am Garima Agarwal. I am not a born cook. At times, I have to go through multiple attempts of cooking before getting a good or a perfect delicacy. Coming from Science & Engineering background, whenever I succeed a dish, I find that there's always some chemistry with the INGREDIENTS USED, COOKING TIME & PROCEDURE. With that, I've developed a love for cooking (procedural cum logical) & now I’ve proudly reached a stage where I literally want to learn, understand & cook everything I see around which gives me full control on quality, nutrients & taste for my family through food.
I really want to help those who feel cooking is not something which they can do as I can relate that to myself to have started pretty much from the same place.
There’s never a perfect cook, it’s always a perfect learner.
