Training for Aging
After a lifetime of doing long-distance triathlons and flirting with overtraining on a continuous basis, it became apparent to me that exercising for hours every day - doing chronic cardio - was not the proper recipe for optimal Health and Longevity. After long hours of research and many months of soul searching, I eventually shifted my focus from chasing age group trophies to chasing Optimal Health, Wellness, and Longevity along with the right amount of exercise to achieve the optimal performance and in doing so, explore ways to achieve as much fun and happiness as possible. Today I train for aging and enjoy sharing how I do that.
