Bambi had her calf! Saturday morning as I was feeding hay, Bambi brought her new bull calf over for me to meet! She's such a sweet girl. Let's all wish her congratulations on her newest contribution to the ranch!

I grew up in a household where we sometimes didn't know where our next meal was coming from. I remember looking in the fridge and not seeing much and being hungry. I remember food banks and government cheese. It's because of those memories that I am so very proud of my wife Erin and the Edible Prairie Project.

I am a Mother, Rancher, Farmer, Non-profit Co-founder and Executive Director as well as a Social Media Content Creator. I am operating and running my family's ranch in Northeast Wyoming. I am a first generation rancher on a multi-generational ranch. I did not grow up ranching but was fortunate to be given this opportunity because of my mother and step father.
Since 2008 I have been living on the ranch. The ranch is now 100% direct to consumer. We raise beef, pork, eggs, produce and variety of other products. I operate a Farm Store on site as well as ship our USDA inspected beef and pork across the country.
