I am a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer that specializes in fitness over 40. The workouts on this channel are designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel amazing.
Do you have to be over 40 to do these workouts? Nope!
Are these workouts going to be super easy? That's 100% up to you.
The great thing is you can customize them to make them easier or harder based on your skills and abilities.
I am certified in and offer a wide variety of workout options, including Strength Training, Cardio Kickboxing, Bootcamp style workouts, Mobility/Stretch, Barre, and chair based classes. Equipment options include no equipment, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, suspension trainers, and step benches.
