I weighed 230 lbs in 2016 and I started to evaluate my health condition in 2018 so I've been involved in a health program at my work that has been a great help to me losing weight. I now in July 2018 190 lbs. My goal before September 2018 to be at 165 lbs. I don't drink any soda and water is my source of fluids. I eat salads, watermelon, cantaloupe, and every now and then a solid meal. So come along with me on my journey of losing weight so this to may be your source as well to lose weight. :-)
