Chinese cooking is easy, healthy, and fun. I believe eating healthy food and taking care of your body is a priority.
My father was a head chef at a cafeteria in China. With the limited resources he was afforded, he concocted delicious recipes for many people. After moving to America, he continued to serve delicious food as a cook in several different restaurants in Chinatown, NY. He taught me how to cook starting at the young age of 7 and have learned almost all that I know from him. I have been cooking for my family for over 20 years. I would like to share my home-style cooking with the world.
