I will not be seeking affiliate codes for FM26. Given what happened last year, I strongly urge waiting until the game has reached beta/early access. I do not believe that we will see a repeat this time around, but I feel it would be irresponsible of me to not suggest exercising caution.

GENERAL UPDATES!
The skinning guide is kicking my arse. The original script was longer than a master's dissertation. I edited it down, started putting it together and hated the flow. So...I'm back at square one. I still hope to have it done, but I now know why no-one has done it before! There will be a return to Moneyball Clinic videos in the coming weeks, whilst the skin guide will be relegated to the background in the hope it will be ready before FM26.
Also, tonight sees the start of a new save: THE COMMITTEE!
The Committee is a community led save where you, as a collective, will make all the key decisions to shape the career. From where we manage to how we play to who we sign and just how involved we are in all aspects of the club.
Like any cabal that operates in the shadows, we do everything behind-the-scenes. The save will run as a series of meetings, at the beginning of each transfer window, where we then make decisions on what we're going to do over the next 6 months. Everyone will be given a set amount of votes to use on all the decisions coming up - you can use as many of them as you want (until you run out) on any of the votes. Maybe you will use 1 vote per decision, maybe you will not vote on some subjects so you can use extra votes in areas you care about most. There will be politics. There will be power plays. Hopefully, there'll be a little bit of drama.
The games themselves will be played off-stream (probably Instant Result or holiday - so who we choose to hire as our Assistant Manager is likely to be a key decision!), with any incidents that occur during this time being updated and voted on in the decisions channel. Before the next meeting, we'll have a little review session, watching through highlights and working out what we want to decide for the next session. Key games might be saved for the stream (cup finals, last league game of the season, etc... assuming we end up in that position).
The streaming parts will take place on Twitch only. You may have caught me discuss this previously: I am always keen for you to be able to use your preferred platform to watch streams, and try my utmost to ensure the experience is the same on YouTube as it is on Twitch. Unfortunately, due to the need for discussion to be within one place and the latency difference between platforms, The Committee needs to be run on a single platform, and Twitch responds better to the back-end systems powering this.

VIDEO UPDATE!!
I am currently working on a skinning guide. The original plan was to release things piecemeal - e.g. a video on basic adjustments, a video on layouts, a video on creating custom graphics, etc... - but this doesn't feel right (after you've done one step, you don't want to wait a week for the next step). Subsequently, I'm doing it all in one go*, but that means the video will take quite a few weeks to put together.
I will still be streaming on a handful of evenings a week, and the schedule is posted up every Sunday on Discord.
*I have not decided yet whether it will be released as one video, or separate "how to do this 1 thing" videos. Either way, it will all be released at the same time

Some good news!
For the last few weeks I've been under the weather. You may have noticed fewer streams, and when they've happened they've ended early because I've been unable to speak. That has impacted my ability to record the voiceover for the next Everton episode. That part will hopefully be done tonight (with the next couple of days for editing), so there should be a video on Wednesday.
