Welcome to 4 The Health of It, where I discuss topics related "health span". This is not about increasing one's lifespan but rather ways of thinking about our health span. Being overweight, having type II diabetes mellitus or any one of the other chronic illnesses decreases our health span. If you want to regain your health, I will discuss ways in which you can move forward.
