I spent 20 years seated at a PC, with no idea how bad that was. I put on 40+ lbs and developed unhealthy lifestyle, food, alcohol & sleep habits. It all changed with one simple hack: "Get Up Earlier"
During those 20 years, I self-educated from certification courses, doctors, scientists, trainers, and nutritionists. My studies span nutrition, strength, longevity, running, and yoga. I learned from "experts," who have their own ways, narratives, and beliefs. My approach is helping people find their way by implementing ways to remove unhealthy habits, understand food, and become a stronger, leaner, healthier, self-sufficient version of yourself.
