I submitted some videos to a local comic con and was SO excited to see my videos compete (and be aired on the main stage), but when I went yesterday I learned it was cancelled last minute. Does anyone else know of any conventions in the US north east that do FMV competitions? Or any that take submissions but don't require you attend? Most of what I could find was only anime conventions, which isn't my thing....
