[WHAT IS GIRLS PLANET 101?]
The Idol Girls is a reality competition show based in South Korea, Japan, China and Thailand produced by SL Entertainment. The rights of the show are bought from CJ E&M. The show is based on CJ E&M’s show Girls Planet 999.
[THE CONCEPT OF THE SHOW]
The ultimate goal of the show is to create a global girl group. This girl group is completely formed by viewers of the show. The viewers can choose between a pool of 80 girls, from South Korea, Japan, China and Thailand, 20 from each country. Unlike Girls Planet 999, were only Korean, Chinese and Japanese girls performed, a pool of Thai girls are added in this series as well. These teams are : Team Korea (South Korea), Team Japan (Japan), Team China (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau) and Team Thailand (Thailand). Let’s vote now!
